ILA Biomarine provides an integrated contract manufacturing pathway from concept development and formulation through scale-up, quality assurance and commercial commissioning. Through two cosmetic contract manufacturing sites in Maharashtra, we support scale up for cosmetic, cosmeceutical and dermaceutical categories — skin, scalp and body care products — giving customers a single, dependable partner from technical evaluation to market-ready production.
Facility & Quality Standards
Each facility is supported by pharmaceutical-grade GMP practices, robust SOPs and qualified technical personnel. The manufacturing infrastructure extends up to 55,000 sq ft and includes semi-automated manufacturing and packing, AHUs, RO water systems, R&D facilities, dedicated storage and in-house QA and QC capabilities, supporting rigorous checks across raw materials, formulations and production. ISO 22716 certification is in process.
